The company was incorporated in Marseille in 1977 to meet the local and international demand for marine engineering works.

In 1978, the French National power utility EDF contracted us for the installation of 2 pairs of subsea power cables, each 45 km long, between FRANCE and ENGLAND (“IFA 2000” link).

This project was the first of a long series within the power cable industry.

For the last 40 years, we have progressively diversified our position in the offshore oil and gas industry and in the sector of submarine telecommunication cable, and these last years in windfarms sector.
